Train with others and still receive a personal experience
Our monthly one to one training package. This is a great transition from our 8 week kickstart programme or for someone who needs a reset and accountability with strength training.
Personal training with likeminded people! Train with no more than four clients at a time and still get a personal experience with our trainers. We cater to everyone's abilities and limits.
Train with others and still receive a personal experience and results
Train three times a week doing small group strength classes with our trainers in our fabulous first floor studio. See results within weeks of training with us! Over 8 weeks, get weekly nutritional advice, accountability coaching and get the use of our InBody body composition machine every four weeks to see your results. Fun and exciting cross train, circuits and toning sessions!
