Train with others and still receive a personal experience
Our monthly one to one training package. This is a great transition from our 8 week kickstart programme or for someone who needs a reset and accountability with strength training.
Personal training with likeminded people! Train with no more than four clients at a time and still get a personal experience with our trainers. We cater to everyone's abilities and limits.
Join Julie Clement who is a local Pilates teacher in Harpenden. Take some time to unwind and join our group classes of up tp 8 people.
Our next intake is after half term WC 24th February.
